Chef Anna's Malva Pudding 1 cup Cake Flour 1 Tsp Baking Powder ½ Cup Castor sugar ½ Tsp Bicarbonate of Soda ½ Cup Milk 1½ Tbs Apricot Jam 50gr Butter 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence 1 Large Egg Sauce: 1 Cup Cream 100ml Condensmilk 1Tsp Vanilla Essence 25gr Butter Method: 1) In a Mixing Bowl beat eggs, Sugar, butter, apricot jam and vanilla essence together. 2) Mix milk with the bicarbonate of soda 3) Add cake flour to egg mixture 4) Add milk mixture to the rest of the ingredients. 5) Bake 15 minutes or until done 6) Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and cook for 5 minutes 7) Pour over the hot pudding as it comes out of the oven
